Pending Minutes

KKVECA has seated meetings at least nine times in 2009.  They are listed below.  Two of these failed to seat a quorum.  Don recorded the March 29, 2009 the meeting.  This still leaves six meetings with NO minutes.  Kathy has "promised to do better," but this still leaves a gap in the records.
